Latitude and Longitude apparently display incorrectly?

Working in Colorado, running, it seems that latitude and longitude are not displaying correctly in Map view. If you locate your cursor at about the top of Steamboat Springs mountain, say on Stormpeak Lab

The display at the lower left shows: 40°45'26" N, 106°74'70" W. So first of all - you can't have 74' since the max would be 59'. The actual value should be (from SPL website, cross-checked with NHD's viewer): 40.455 deg N, 106.744 deg W, which translates into: 40° 27' 18" N, 106° 44' 38" W.

So apparently the data is actually DD, but getting pulled incorrectly displayed as DMS, without conversion?

Great observation. Yes! there is a DD mis-conversion going on. Thanks a lot for finding this and pointing it out...
