HydroDesktop: Failed to download data

Hello everyone,

I set up a HydroServer and connect to from HydroDesktop. The WaterOneFlow webservice is running. The metadata where downloaded and the new layer was imported successfully.

When I download the data something gets wrong. I get the following error message:
No series found in xml file.

Can anybody help?

What the means is that there are no data values for a series.

This could be that for the time period requested, there are no data, or that all the values are no-data

Can you send the bottom part of the log with the sites and variables you are trying to download?

You are right. Some days for the time period requested have no data.

How does the customer know that. The error message is not very helpful.
