Search All for a Site or a Service

In HydroExcel, a very useful function that we had for an invidual web service is a "Search All" type of function that would list all the sites and all the variables and series for a given service.  This is very good for seeing what an experimental data site has available.    It seems that with a relatively modest change in the search routine for HD we could accomplish this goal. What it would mean is that the Search process would admit a Search Keyword that is ALL TERMS or something like that, and the user would restrict the search to a single web service and have the geographic extent chosen as the United States or something like that so it doesn't matter.

Then what you would get back is the full content of all the variables measured at a site.

In the current system, the keyword used as "ALL TERMS" is "Hydrosphere". When user selects "Hydrosphere", then all series from the selected area are returned.

However, the current system still requires the user to select an area. I think that it would require only a small change in the current system to support the search by a single web service without specifying the area. In the case of searching by a single web service, the web service bounding box needs to be passed to HIS Central.
